Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please reach out through our contact page. We'll guide you through the process and make sure everything is handled properly.

Please note that items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

We stand behind every item that leaves under our name. Please inspect your order upon arrival - if something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Custom Products

Every item at GLITCHVEIL is created specifically for you after your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to a product defect - including size selection. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the eligible item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.

European Union - 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging - along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at glitchveilstore@gmail.com.
